Without a doubt Mark made my role in overseeing the accounting functions significantly easier and would often initiate processes to improve the communication process and effectiveness of his work.
I have found Mark to be a person of good humor and sober habits and would implicitly trust Mark with anything under my control and ownership, without reservation.
Mark demonstrated an ability to adapt and meet the ever changing environment in which he was employed. Change reluctance is not part of his lexicon.
Working under pressure, meeting deadlines and producing excellent results were commonplace for Mark. Maintaining a dignified, calm and professional attitude while doing so was also an attribute that I admired in him.

In the past when work has been submitted on behalf of my Clients, I have found that I have required my staff to reconstruct that work to satisfy myself as to its accuracy.
